We continue to see that the affected circuits/sites are up and connected. Spectrum has confirmed that the outage was resolved at 10:15 PM CDT. It was a multi-node outage. They are seeing that the services have been restored.

Update

Spectrum has advised that the outage remains ongoing past the initial ETTR and repairs are still underway. There is no new ETTR available. We will follow up and provide further updates once received.
